Rudník
Guesthouse Rudník will charm you with its fairytale atmosphere. Directly below the Krkonoše mountain range, in the town of Rudník, you can enjoy peace, tranquility and an undisturbed stay. In the cosy pub, which is part of the guesthouse, you can organise celebrations, trainings, team building in private, or just chat and play games with friends or family.
Private pub
A beautiful and cosy pub with a bar and kitchen just for you! To make the evening more pleasant and to chat while drinking wine or beer, light a fire in the fireplace that dominates this room and creates a cosy atmosphere in the guesthouse.
Tap a keg and let the fun begin! You will also find a coffee machine full of delicious fresh coffee and a wine cabinet with Burian Bavarian wine for great prices. There is soda flowing from one tap, which you have for free during your entire stay. You can flavour it with several fruit syrups.
Large and spacious kitchen
A proper guesthouse also includes a kitchen. Of course, it is here and is equipped with a professional gas cooker, hot air ovens, induction hobs, refrigerators, freezers, ice makers and microwave. You don’t need to bring spices – the kitchen is full of them and we are constantly replenishing them. There is also enough kitchenware for cooking as well as plates and cutlery for 15 people. In addition, there is a washing machine and dryer for your laundry here.
Lounge
In the lounge, you can watch a large-screen TV with dozens of satellite programmes, play billiards, table football, ping pong and lots of board games. The room also includes a children’s corner full of toys and other children’s games.
Outdoor seating
In the courtyard of the guesthouse, you will find a fireplace and a grill for a proper barbecue with your friends. There is also an oven in which you can easily roast a whole pig. The yard also includes a trampoline, a ping-pong table and a playhouse for children. The yard is not surrounded by a fence, but you can store your bikes in the lockable extension.
The guesthouse also has a car park with a capacity of up to 10 parking spaces.
There are toilets on the ground floor that are available for all guests. Each room is equipped with its own bathroom.

Fully equipped kitchen
The guesthouse has a spacious kitchen where you can cook your own meals. You can also make pizza or pork knuckle from our endless fridges. In the garden there is a grill and an oven for larger portions of meat. You can bring your own keg of beer, or you can buy beer from us at a favourable price. You can prepare soft drinks from syrup and sparkling water on tap for free. Or use our coffee machine and make an excellent coffee.
The village of Rudník lies below the giant Černá hora massif in close proximity to the Krkonoše Mountains. It is adjacent to the mountain villages of Černý Důl (where there is a newly built ski resort with modern equipment and artificial snowmaking) and Janské Lázně. It is 11 km from Vrchlábí, the seat of KRNAP and the Krkonoše Museum. You can take a trip to Sněžka, walk along the Treetop Trail, visit Les Království, Dvůr Králové Zoo or go swimming in one of the nearby outdoor swimming pools (e.g. in Trutnov or Hostinné).
The location of the guesthouse is ideal for a winter holiday with or without children. In the vicinity, you will find several ski resorts, for example, Mladé Buky Ski Park, in the area of which there is also a ski school. You can also find one in the well-known, nearby ski resorts of Černá hora – Pec, Špindlerův Mlýn and Vrchlabí. If you prefer cross-country skiing to snowboards and slopes, then you will surely appreciate the cross-country trails in the municipal forest park of Trutnov or other 70 km of trails in the vicinity of Hostinné.

In the summer and main winter season, the guesthouse is primarily offered for full-week stays (Saturday–Saturday), out of season the guesthouse can be rented for at least 2 nights.

We liked everything; and everything was just like in the photos and descriptions. The owner of the chalet is a very pleasant lady. We would recommend it for a large group. Tons of entertainment. And there is a decent store not far from the chalet. Thank you so much for the superb accommodation!

I have to say that you get a lot of bang for your buck. We were two families with kids, and we had a blast. Lots of space, kids’ playroom, billiards, just everything you can think of.

There is a literal pub in the chalet! So we ordered beer delivery and had a great night. There is a ski resort nearby.
