The guesthouse has a lounge with a fully equipped kitchen. You can find seating both inside and outside in the yard. The outdoor bar with beer tap is open during the summer season only. You pour the beer yourself. You can also use the so-called “endless fridge” with pizza and desserts with your coffee. At the end of your stay, you only pay for what you have consumed.
Wellness
On hot days, one needs to get refreshed. Fortunately, you don’t have to go far to find water in the Habánský dům – there is a covered swimming pool at your disposal during the summer months. In the guesthouse you will also find a sauna for perfect rest and regeneration, which you can use at any time for free. Near the sauna you will also find an outdoor shower to freshen up.
Outdoor yard
The spacious yard with seating and garden is perfect for relaxing in the fresh air with a glass of wine. You will find ping pong tables here if you would like to have some fun. In addition to the grill, there is also a fire ring, so you can roast meat, camembert, vegetables and sausages with your little ones. We offer the option of buying additional wood/coal for an additional fee. But you can also bring your own.
Please note: There are no enclosed spaces for bikes in the Habánský dům area. However, you can use a shed or outdoor stands in the yard.
Parking: It is not possible to park on the property, public car parks are 160–200 m from the guesthouse.
Self-service
The accommodation in the guesthouse is built on trust, freedom, friendship and respect. You serve yourself in the form of self-service.
Wine cellar
The guesthouse has a wine cellar where you can sit in privacy even at night.
Wi-Fi
You can easily connect to stable Wi-Fi throughout the guesthouse.

Self-service
The price of the stay does not include meals. But that doesn’t mean there isn’t enough food and drink for you and your friends at Habánský dům! As part of the self-service, you can easily prepare a pizza or a pork knuckle from our “endless refrigerators”. Just note what you have consumed and pay at the end of your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you can easily cook your own meals. There is also a briquette grill in the yard for a great barbecue. There is also plenty to drink. Choose a wine you like from the wine cabinet or pour Pilsner Urquell beer for a mere €2 from the beer tap in the kitchen.
Cycle paths and hiking trails
Habánský dům is located at the foot of Pálava and the hiking trails, whose starting point can be found near the guesthouse, will lead you to Děvičky (castle ruins), Stolová Hora or Sirotčí hrádek. Nearby you will find many monuments that are worth visiting. We recommend, for example, the Lednice-Valtice Cultural Landscape, the historical city of Mikulov and its chateau, Pavlov archaeological park, and Lednice and Valtice chateaux.
A dense network of cycle paths can be found in the are that are perfect even for families with children. Try the Moravian wine trails and admire the charming local countryside that is nicknamed “Moravian Tuscany”. You can visit some of the many wine cellars that offer wine tasting to try some of the excellent Moravian wines.

During the summer season only week-long stays (Saturday to Saturday) are accepted.
During off season it is possible to lease the guesthouse for a shorter period.
Children up to the age of 2 are free as long as they do no occupy a bed (a cot can be requested).
