Wallackhaus
Hütte Wallackhaus is located a little above Hotel Wallackhaus on the Grossglockner Hochalpenstrasse Alpine Road. As it is located directly on the slopes, you can ski or snowboard right to the front door! At night, when access to the road is closed to other tourists, you can almost touch the stars.

The chalet has two fully equipped kitchens with large dining rooms. An ideal place for spending long evenings with a beer or a glass of wine.

If you want to have a pleasant conversation about your experiences and a toast to your health at night, we will be happy to provide you with a keg of Pilsner Urquell or Erdinger Weissbier at a discounted price.

Dining room and fully equipped kitchen
The chalet offers a fully equipped kitchen unit in which you can easily cook your own meals.
We also offer the option to buy breakfast (€5.00) or half board (€16.00) at Hotel Wallackhaus, which is only 200 meters down the road. A self-service lunch buffet is also available at Hotel Wallackhaus.
Transport to the hotel
You can park for free in the underground car park in the village of Heiligenblut. From there you take the cable car to Schareck, another cable car to Fallbichl and then to the Panoramabahn, where our staff on scooters will pick you up and take you and your luggage to the chalet. By the way, riding a scooter is a great experience.

The chalet is only offered as a whole for week-long stays (Sunday to Sunday). Longer/shorter stays are possible after individual agreement.
The accommodation price includes:
- water consumption, bed linen and towels.
The accommodation price does not include:
- local fees: €2.25/day/person
- energy consumption according to real consumption according to measuring devices, approx. €30.00/day

We liked the fact that we can have daily meals in the hotel next to the chalet. So we had it all to ourselves, and we could dine in the hotel.

For our skiing programme for kids we chose the Wallackhaus chalet because of its convenient location right at the piste. The view of the mountains in the evening is just splendid.

All furnished and ready, the private sauna is an absolutely brilliant thing, especially in winter. The cottage is absolutely clean, the kitchen is furnished. Comfortable beds.
